These Terms and Conditions provide general B2B terms for inquiries, quotations, supply, customization and support related to LBT Power load bank products and services. Project-specific agreements, purchase orders or signed contracts may override these general terms.
1. Scope
These terms apply to business inquiries, quotations, technical discussions, orders, customized products, spare parts and support services provided through loadbanktest.com.
2. Quotations
Quotations are based on the information provided by the customer, including capacity, voltage, frequency, cooling method, installation environment, communication requirements and delivery location. Unless otherwise stated, quotations are non-binding until confirmed in writing.
3. Custom engineering
Many load bank systems are built to project requirements. Changes to specifications, drawings, communication protocols, enclosure design or testing procedures may affect price, lead time and delivery schedule.
4. Payment and delivery
Payment terms, Incoterms, shipping method, packaging, insurance and delivery schedule should be agreed in the quotation or purchase contract.
5. Factory acceptance test
Where applicable, products may be subject to factory acceptance testing, inspection records, test reports, photos or video confirmation before shipment.
6. Warranty and support
Warranty scope, warranty period, exclusions, spare parts and support procedures are defined in the applicable quotation, contract or Warranty & Support page.
7. Limitation of liability
LBT Power is not responsible for indirect losses such as loss of profit, project delay, business interruption or consequential damages except where mandatory law requires otherwise.
8. Compliance
Customers are responsible for confirming local installation, import, certification and operation requirements. LBT Power can provide technical documents and compliance-related support where applicable.
9. Governing documents
If a signed agreement or purchase order contains different terms, the signed project documents will take priority.
