Yes. LBT Power supports custom load bank manufacturing, single-unit sampling, OEM/ODM projects, factory testing and export packing for overseas buyers.
What types can you build?
Resistive load bank, reactive load bank, resistive-reactive load bank, rack-mounted load bank, containerized load bank, portable load bank, air-cooled load bank and liquid-cooled load bank.
What power range is available?
Small portable units, rack-mounted modules and high-power MW systems can be designed according to project requirements, load step requirements and installation conditions.
Which voltages are supported?
Common low-voltage and medium-voltage project voltages can be customized, including 220V, 380V, 400V, 415V, 480V, 690V, 3.3kV, 6.6kV, 10kV and other specified voltages.
Do you support 50Hz / 60Hz?
Yes. Load banks can be configured for 50Hz or 60Hz markets depending on destination country and project standard.
Cooling methods
Forced-air cooling, air duct design, container ventilation and liquid-cooled structures are available depending on heat dissipation, noise and site restrictions.
Control methods
Manual switch control, local panel control, PLC control, touchscreen HMI, remote PC software, Modbus, RS485 and Ethernet communication options can be discussed.
Can you do OEM / ODM?
Yes. Enclosure design, logo, color, label, control interface, dimensions, power steps, documentation and packaging can be customized for OEM / ODM projects.
Lead time
Lead time depends on power rating, voltage level, cooling structure, quantity, control system and documentation requirements. Please include your expected delivery date when sending the RFQ.
FAT report and test video
Factory Acceptance Test reports, inspection photos and testing videos can be provided before shipment for buyer confirmation.
Export experience
Export packaging, shipping marks, wooden case or pallet packing, loading photos and commercial documents can be prepared for overseas orders.
