LoadBankTest designs and manufactures CE- and IEC-certified load banks for data centre commissioning, UPS discharge testing, and generator verification — serving EPC contractors and facility operators across Europe, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia. Founded in 2016, our product line spans 10 kW to 5 MW across six configurations: liquid-cooled, rack-mounted, dual-source, containerised, DC, and regenerative.

We built LoadBankTest because commissioning engineers in Europe and the Middle East were still facing the same gap: inventory that met CE standards but could not be delivered within the project window, or units that arrived without the IEC documentation that certification auditors require. Our first product was a resistive load bank designed specifically for data centre IST — engineered to pass CE type testing, shipped to European sites with a complete compliance file. Every model since has been held to that same standard.

Today, our equipment is deployed in data centres, generator installations, and critical power facilities across 50+ countries. Every unit ships with a full compliance package — CE declaration, test reports, and IEC conformity records — ready to submit to certification bodies on arrival. If your project requires configurations outside our standard range, our engineering team delivers custom solutions within 48 hours.

Key Applications

Engineered for Critical Testing

Data Centre Integrated Systems Testing (IST)

Full-facility load testing to verify UPS, generator, and cooling systems perform under real-world conditions. Supports Uptime Institute Level 5 IST requirements and EN 50600 commissioning standards. Rack-mounted and containerised configurations available for flexible deployment.

UPS Discharge Testing

Precision resistive load banks for battery and UPS system discharge testing. Verify autonomy time, battery health, and system performance under simulated mains failure — with calibrated, timestamped output compatible with commissioning audit documentation.

Generator Commissioning & Load Testing

Resistive and resistive-reactive load banks for generator steady-state testing, load rejection, and transient response verification. Prevent wet-stacking and confirm rated power output during commissioning — with reportable data output for TUV and Uptime Institute submissions.

Who We Serve

Built for the Teams Who Sign Off

Project Delivery

EPC & Data Centre Contractors

Schedule pressure is the reality of every data centre build. Zeltron supplies trailer-mounted and containerised load banks with lead times designed around project-critical timelines — not factory convenience. Our engineering team is available on-site during the commissioning window, and our equipment interfaces with all major generator and UPS brands without additional interface hardware.

  • Fast lead times for project-critical schedules
  • Trailer-mounted and containerised options available
  • On-site technical support during commissioning window
  • Compatible with all major generator and UPS brands

Ongoing Operations

Data Centre Operators

Ongoing load testing is not optional — it is the difference between a generator that starts when mains power fails and one that actually runs at full load. Zeltron equipment supports annual load testing programmes, generator wet-stacking prevention, and maintenance window testing at operational facilities. Units are available for purchase or through our rental programme for periodic testing requirements.

  • Annual load testing and maintenance window support
  • Generator wet-stacking prevention testing
  • Purchase and rental options available
  • Complete operations and maintenance documentation included

The People Behind the Product

The Engineering Team Behind Every Unit

Zeltron is built by engineers with hands-on experience in power electronics, load testing, and data centre infrastructure. No stock photos. No invented titles.

Walter

Founder & Lead Power Electronics Engineer

20 years of experience in power electronics and industrial load bank design, including energy storage systems and critical power infrastructure. Previously led hardware development at Batterlution before founding Zeltron in 2016 to bring CE- and IEC-certified load banks to data centre commissioning teams across Europe and the Middle East — built around the requirement that equipment must deliver within the project window.

Ethan

Senior Electrical Engineer

25 years in industrial R&D spanning control software and power systems architecture, with full-lifecycle product development. At Zeltron, Ethan leads control system development — including automated test sequences and report-ready data output for IST data centres across Europe and the Middle East.

Alex

Head of Hardware & Product

Primary point of contact for all custom load bank requirements at Zeltron. Alex manages the full workflow from customer specifications through to factory acceptance testing — ensuring that non-standard voltage ranges, enclosure ratings, and control interfaces meet the same CE and IEC compliance standards as our core product line.

Ask a Technical Question
Zeltron manufactures resistive, resistive-reactive, and liquid-cooled load banks ranging from 30 kW to 3 MW. Our products are designed for data centre FAT/SAT commissioning and comply with IEC 61439-1. All units carry CE marking and are suitable for deployment across Europe and Southeast Asia.
Yes. All Zeltron load banks carry CE marking, confirming conformity with EU Low Voltage Directive 2014/35/EU and EMC Directive 2014/30/EU. A Declaration of Conformity is supplied with every unit, and full IEC 61439-1 type-test documentation is available on request.
Yes. Zeltron load banks support Level 4 Functional Performance Testing (FPT) and Level 5 Integrated Systems Testing (IST), as referenced in Uptime Institute Tier certification programmes and EN 50600 data centre standards. Units produce calibrated, timestamped test data compatible with commissioning audit documentation requirements.
Yes. Zeltron manufactures liquid-cooled load banks designed to simulate heat loads in CDU-based and direct-to-chip cooling systems. These units enable commissioning teams to validate secondary coolant loops and thermal performance before facility go-live — addressing one of the most critical gaps in high-density data centre commissioning today.
Standard lead time from our factory is [X] weeks for air-cooled models and [X] weeks for liquid-cooled units. For urgent commissioning projects with compressed timelines, contact our engineering team directly — we maintain a fast-track fulfilment process and can confirm availability within 24 hours of enquiry.
Zeltron load banks include onboard data logging with timestamped records of load, voltage, frequency, and power factor. All units ship with calibration certificates traceable to national standards. Output formats are compatible with standard commissioning documentation requirements for TUV SUD, TUV NORD, and Uptime Institute Tier audit submissions.
Zeltron equipment is available for both purchase and rental. Our rental programme is designed for facility operators with periodic testing requirements — annual load testing schedules, maintenance window testing, and generator wet-stacking prevention. For commissioning projects in Europe and the Middle East that require short-term deployment, contact us to discuss rental availability and lead times for your region.
