Warranty scope<\/h2>\n<p>Warranty terms are defined in the applicable quotation or contract. Coverage typically applies to manufacturing defects under normal installation, operation and maintenance conditions.<\/p>\n<h2>2. Exclusions<\/h2>\n<p>Warranty may not cover damage caused by incorrect installation, unauthorized modification, misuse, overload, unsuitable environment, improper storage, force majeure or operation outside agreed specifications.<\/p>\n<h2>3. Support channels<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Email support for troubleshooting and documentation requests.<\/li>\n<li>Remote technical guidance where applicable.<\/li>\n<li>Spare parts identification and replacement support.<\/li>\n<li>Project-specific commissioning or training support if agreed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>4. Required information for support<\/h2>\n<p>To speed up support, please provide model, serial number, project name, fault description, photos\/videos, wiring status, operating conditions and alarm records where available.<\/p>\n<h2>5. Spare parts<\/h2>\n<p>Recommended spare parts can be quoted with the original system or supplied separately based on model and availability.<\/p>\n<h2>6. Factory acceptance and documentation<\/h2>\n<p>For custom projects, FAT records, test reports, photos, wiring diagrams and manuals may be provided according to the agreed project scope.<\/p>\n<h2>7.
