Project-specific agreements, purchase orders or signed contracts may override these general terms.<\/p>\n<h2>1. Scope<\/h2>\n<p>These terms apply to business inquiries, quotations, technical discussions, orders, customized products, spare parts and support services provided through loadbanktest.com.<\/p>\n<h2>2. Quotations<\/h2>\n<p>Quotations are based on the information provided by the customer, including capacity, voltage, frequency, cooling method, installation environment, communication requirements and delivery location. Unless otherwise stated, quotations are non-binding until confirmed in writing.<\/p>\n<h2>3. Custom engineering<\/h2>\n<p>Many load bank systems are built to project requirements. Changes to specifications, drawings, communication protocols, enclosure design or testing procedures may affect price, lead time and delivery schedule.<\/p>\n<h2>4. Payment and delivery<\/h2>\n<p>Payment terms, Incoterms, shipping method, packaging, insurance and delivery schedule should be agreed in the quotation or purchase contract.<\/p>\n<h2>5. Factory acceptance test<\/h2>\n<p>Where applicable, products may be subject to factory acceptance testing, inspection records, test reports, photos or video confirmation before shipment.<\/p>\n<h2>6. Warranty and support<\/h2>\n<p>Warranty scope, warranty period, exclusions, spare parts and support procedures are defined in the applicable quotation, contract or <a href=\"\/id\/warranty-and-support\/\">Warranty &amp; Support<\/a> page.<\/p>\n<h2>7. Limitation of liability<\/h2>\n<p>LBT Power is not responsible for indirect losses such as loss of profit, project delay, business interruption or consequential damages except where mandatory law requires otherwise.<\/p>\n<h2>8. Compliance<\/h2>\n<p>Customers are responsible for confirming local installation, import, certification and operation requirements. LBT Power can provide technical documents and compliance-related support where applicable.<\/p>\n<h2>9. Governing documents<\/h2>\n<p>If a signed agreement or purchase order contains different terms, the signed project documents will take priority.<\/p>\n<h2>10.
